I engaged Top Glass to replace 5 windows and 2 doors urgently needed by a 83 year old lady who retired only one year ago after 65 years of service for the NHS, as a mental health Nurse, one of the most demanding and short staffed sections of the NHS. I called several DG companies and explained this persons circumstances, that her house was being renovated, had been rewired by the council, had a new boiler installed on money she had borrowed, I had already bought her a new cooker, a damp issue was being investigated and her windows would not shut correctly leaving her vulnerable. Of all the companies contacted only top glass were as concerned as I for the need for swift action, they ordered and installed these replacement windows and doors in record time. Conscious of the expense for a full renovation at this elderly persons home, Ian the owner of Top glass, gave a quotation well within my budget, for products that on inspection were extremely high quality, yet highly cost effective and affordable, while taking into consideration the long term renovations and damp issues being tackled by other contractors, whilst the occupier was still in residence, this was not simply a window and door replacement job, this was a superb life changing job, well executed around very difficult circumstances. Completed in 2 days and left totally clean and tidy, one would not know they had been there had it not been for the new windows and doors installed.
I do not hesitate to recommend this superb company , who in the middle of a pandemic, went the extra million miles to take care of this elderly lady. The metal of a great business is the end result causing reviews like this one.
